RETURN POLICY

EFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

Due to the rising number of COVID-19 and Monkeypox cases from state to state, we will no longer allow returns nor exchanges to ensure the health of our (customers) Boss Babes and Team Members.

House of Kilu does not offer price adjustments if merchandise purchased is subsequently on sale or offered in a promotion.

We appreciate your understanding, as we are all navigating through these uncertain times.

All SALE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A STORE CREDIT ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

**NO REFUNDS - NO EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! 

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang-tags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, formal dresses, bodysuits and accessories.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back.

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6. Kissed By Kilu Boutique diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange  is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
